We believe in the power of harnessing nature to solve the problems facing modern society - from the global challenges of climate change, food security, and declining wildlife, to immediate problems facing local communities, such as flood risk, supply of clean drinking water, and social welfare.

However, for key decision-makers and businesses who are interested in implementing nature-based solutions, we understand that navigating this market can be challenging, and expertise within your workforce can be a limiting factor in driving meaningful progress.

To support your organisation in overcoming these barriers, we deliver a range of support, engagement and training packages for your staff and contractors to develop the essential knowledge and skills to understand and implement land management plans that work for nature and people. Our nature-based solutions team are at the forefront of the field, with experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring management plans, and expertise in natural capital markets such as carbon codes, biodiversity net gain, and nutrient neutrality.

Our support, engagement and training delivery aligns with the Kent Wildlife Trust Group's Wilder Kent approach, meaning you will be positioned to understand how your organisation's projects can best work to support a Wilder Kent and Nature Recovery Strategy for Kent while understanding the need for development.

We sometimes offer organised training events, which will be shown below. If you are eligible and would like to find out more or sign up, please fill out the contact form below and we will get back to you with more information.

If you wish to book private training sessions for your staff, we will be happy to discuss how we can support your organisation's specific needs!
