Vincent Ganley BSc MSc
Vincent Ganley BSc MScManaging Director
Vincent joined Kent Wildlife Trust five years ago with previous experience as a Partnership Manager at Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew and as the Contracts Manager for Groundwork London. Vincent has experience of developing and managing national environmental schemes such as the Government’s ‘Big Tree Plant’ and the UK’s biggest Wild Flower Campaign ‘Grow Wild’ from RBG Kew.
Vincent has gained conservation and ecological knowledge and experience with a Master’s Degree in Environmental Management and working as a Conservation Officer for many years.
Anne Waite BSc CBiol MRSB
Anne Waite BSc CBiol MRSBProject Manager
Anne has worked at Kent Wildlife Trust for almost 30 years. Anne is a specialist in Botany and produced the Kent Red Data Book.

Anne also has over 20 years’ experience undertaking ecological surveys and producing ecological reports.

Marie Dipple
Marie DippleAssistant Ecologist BSc MSc
Marie is an enthusiastic assistant ecologist, being inspired throughout her studies in biological sciences at the University of Birmingham, she followed her interest in avian conservation and ecology, working with many charitable organisations in the UK, such as the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds and Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust.

She is enjoying applying her knowledge to new scenarios with marine and coastal work, ecological surveys, land management advice and other services.

 Tony Swandale
Tony SwandaleEcological Advisor BSc
Tony managed internationally designated wildlife reserves at Oare Marshes and Sandwich and Pegwell Bay for over 25 years for Kent Wildlife Trust.

Tony is an experienced Ornithologist, land management advisor and ecologist.

 Neil Coombs

Neil is a Chartered Environmentalist and Ecologist with experience in managing a variety of habitats including hay meadows, river corridors, ancient woodland and wetlands.

Since 2003 he has been providing advice to landowners in Kent, supporting them in improving their land for wildlife.

Clair Thackray
Clair ThackrayEcologist and Surveyor
Clair has worked in ecological consultancy since 2002 and joined Kent Wildlife Trust Consultancy Services in February 2020. Her role includes carrying out PEA’s and protected species surveys together with the compilation of reports, mitigation strategies, management plans, biodiversity enhancement strategies and EPS licences.
Clair obtained a PhD at the Durrell Institute of Cons
Paul Grattan
Paul GrattanLandscape Design
Paul has been volunteering for Kent Wildlife Trust Consultancy Services since February 2020. Paul has supported landscaping schemes and setting out nature based solutions for sites. His role involves preparing Landscape design drawings using CAD.

Paul is a full Member of CIAT (Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologist) and has been an Architectural Technologist working in private architectural practice for nearly 30 years. As an Architectural Technologist he has an excellent knowledge and understanding of building procedures.
